It's easy.  To renew, download the Standing Order Mandate form, complete, send the original to your bank and a copy to me!  To become a member then complete the Membership Application Form and Standing Order Mandate form (send original SO form to your bank and copy to me!). Membership subscriptions continue to be good value at £30 if paid by Standing Order. However if you wish to pay by cheque then the amount is £40 which includes a £10 admin charge.

Sir Jack Dewhurst died in 2007 aged 86.  He was one of the leading Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of his generation and was internationally recognised in his area of expertise - paediatric and adolescent gynaecology and intersex disorders.  He dealt with difficult and complex cases, many of which required skilled surgery and in so doing he demonstrated his great qualities as a compassionate and caring doctor.
